About Atomic Transport : We are hiring out of our Nashville, TN location Atomic Transport has 25 terminals all throughout the South-East and Mid-West. Aluminum Welder & Fabricator/Mechanic: Hourly pay up to $30-$32/hr., based on experience, tools, and certifications. Health, vision, and dental insurance plans. This is a welding and fabrication opportunity with Atomic Transport in Tennessee, Drew County. Welding and metal fabrication — joining, cutting, and shaping steel and other metals. Welders read fabrication drawings and produce strong, precise joints in shop or field settings.

  • Read and interpret fabrication drawings
  • Cut and grind metal to spec
  • Inspect welds for strength and quality
