About this role

Position Summary Under the direction of the Building Operations lead, maintains areas related to the maintenance and repairs of the community. Participates in the On-Call rotation for the Community. Essential Duties Responsible for diagnosing problems and making repairs on equipment, machinery, plumbing, heating, cooling, and electrical systems. Responsible for completing community work orders and ensuring they are done in a timely manner for employees and residents. May perform. This is a electrical opportunity with Christian Living Communities in Wheat Ridge, Jefferson County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.

  • Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
  • Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
  • Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
  • Assist licensed electricians as needed
