About this role
We'll get it.RDR is seeking skilled laborers including those with specialized skills of knowledge in topics such as concrete, construction, oil and gas, pipe work, and heavy equipment to and at times greater than 12-hour days. Preferred experience:Oil and gas experience. This is a construction opportunity with RDR Utility Service Group in Clarksburg, WV. General construction and site work — building, remodeling, and preparing structures. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.
What you'll do
- Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
- Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec
