Griffin Brothers Excavation LLC is seeking a dedicated Skilled Construction Laborer to join our dynamic team in Seymour, CT. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of excavation & underground utility projects while contributing to a company known for its commitment to quality and safety. We are presently looking to expand our team and hire additional skilled laborers that are hard working, willing to learn, able to communica. This is a construction opportunity with Griffin Brothers Excavation LLC in Seymour, New Haven County. General construction and site work — building, remodeling, and preparing structures. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.

What you'll do

  • Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
  • Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
  • Operate hand and power tools safely
  • Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
  • Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec
