Short-term, temporary assignments in: Maintenance Custodial Grounds CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT Being able and ready to work in-person with Chaffey students, Chaffey employees, or other members of the Chaffey community/Chaffey partners/Chaffey contractors is an essential function of this job. Maintenance duties include: Performing routine repair and maintenance of various systems including plumbing & electrical and their associated fixtures and components; Performing drywall repair/painting; Monit. This is a electrical opportunity with Chaffey College in Alta Loma, San Bernardino County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.

What you'll do

  • Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
  • Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
  • Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
  • Assist licensed electricians as needed
