About this role
We are a pre-cast concrete company looking for motivated people to join our crew. *MUST BE ABLE TO PASS DRUG TEST INCLUDING MARIJUANA* We have heavy machinery being operated and need to be sure employees are safe to operate and be around heavy equipment. We work Monday through Friday and start at 5 am. Starting wage is 25 dollars and hour with a clear path to earn more per hour. No previous concrete experience required. Must be 18 or older. *WEEKLY PAYCHECKS* Tas. This is a construction opportunity with D&S Concrete in Anchorage, Alaska. General construction and site work — building, remodeling, and preparing structures. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.
What you'll do
- Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
- Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec
