Salary: $20.00-$32/Hour DOE Sheet Metal Fabricator (Metal Fabrication / CNC / Press Brake) Job Type: Full-Time, In Person Pay: $20$32 per hour Start Date: Immediately JR&CO is hiring an experiencedSheet Metal Fabricator to join the metal fabrication team in our 40,000-square-foot cladding shop in Kansas City. In this hands-on shop role, you'll cut, bend, form, and finish metal for commercial roofing and architectural cladding projects using CNC equipme. This is a welding and fabrication opportunity with JR & Co in Kansas City, Jackson County. Welding and metal fabrication — joining, cutting, and shaping steel and other metals. Welders read fabrication drawings and produce strong, precise joints in shop or field settings.

What you'll do

  • Weld using MIG, TIG, or stick as required
  • Read and interpret fabrication drawings
  • Cut and grind metal to spec
  • Inspect welds for strength and quality
  • Follow shop safety and PPE requirements
