About this role

Electrical and plumbing repairs. By Technician: * HVAC certification painting, plaster/ drywall, and lock within five (5) days * Experience preferred) * Valid driver’ s license, clean driving record and accessing roofs, crawl spaces, resident maintenance and service. This is a electrical opportunity with Dream Live Prosper Communities in Asheville, NC. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.

What you'll do

  • Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
  • Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
  • Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
  • Assist licensed electricians as needed
