Service Plumber II Position Overview As a Service Plumber II, you'll take on greater independence in commercial plumbing service, performing routine to moderately complex repairs, maintenance, installations, and troubleshooting across systems in office buildings, schools, hospitals, retail spaces, and industrial facilities. Building on foundational skills, you'll handle pipe repairs, fixture replacements, backflow testing, leak detection, and preventive maintenance with increasing confidence, w. This is a plumbing opportunity with Modigent in Farmington, San Juan County. Plumbing installation and repair for water, drain, and gas systems. Involves running pipe, setting fixtures, and diagnosing leaks or blockages in homes and commercial buildings.

- Install and repair pipes, fixtures, and water heaters

- Cut, thread, and solder pipe
- Read plans and follow plumbing code
