Senior Superintendent – Commercial Concrete Construction We are seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead and oversee multiple commercial concrete construction projects. This position is responsible for planning and coordinating field operations, mentoring superintendents and foremen, maintaining project schedules, ensuring quality workmanship, and promoting a strong safety culture. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with extensive fiel. This is a construction opportunity with The Patch Group, LLC. in Lafayette, Lafayette Parish. General construction and site work — building, remodeling, and preparing structures. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.

What you'll do

  • Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
  • Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
  • Operate hand and power tools safely
  • Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
  • Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec
