About this role

Job Location: The Forum Shops at Caesars PRIMARY PURPOSE: This position is accountable for contributing to the maintenance of the center by troubleshooting repairs and performing preventive maintenance relative to the mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing systems and physical structural elements and by coordinating the work of other maintenance personnel. Position is also accountable for the cleanliness of the center common area, parking lot, common sidewalks and service bays. PRINCIPAL RESPON. This is a electrical opportunity with Simon Property Group in Las Vegas, Clark County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.

  • Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
  • Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
  • Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
  • Assist licensed electricians as needed
