About this role
Dominium Management Services, LLC is seeking a Senior Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at our multifamily communities. This role oversees a team of technicians, plans and completes work orders, preventive maintenance, and unit turns, and ensures building systems, grounds, and common areas are safe, efficient, and well maintained. The Supervisor coordinates vendors, manages budgets, and upholds safety and compliance standards. You will collaborate closely with property manag.
