About this role

The Maintenance Associate Senior will be responsible for keeping building in clean, working, and orderly condition. Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors and dock, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish. Duties may include scheduling and performing routine maintenance activities, notifying management of need for repairs, proactively communicate any workload needs that deviate from plan, and cleaning snow or debris from sidewalk and dock. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES. This is a flooring and tile opportunity with Neovia Logistics in Greenfield, Hancock County. Flooring and tile installation — hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and tile. Installers prep subfloors, lay materials, and finish edges for a durable, level result.
