SENIOR MAINTENANCE AIDE (SEASONAL including: Cleaning of public use including day use areas, grills. Perform landscape maintenance , plumbing, masonry, roofing and other projects and a general culture of of a valid driver' s license of mail or hand delivery, you must include. This is a plumbing opportunity with California Correctional Health Care Services in Santa Cruz, CA. Plumbing installation and repair for water, drain, and gas systems. Involves running pipe, setting fixtures, and diagnosing leaks or blockages in homes and commercial buildings.

What you'll do

  • Install and repair pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
  • Diagnose leaks, clogs, and pressure issues
  • Cut, thread, and solder pipe
  • Read plans and follow plumbing code
  • Assist licensed plumbers on service calls
