About this role
CoolSys is seeking a Senior Level leader in our construction-focused HVAC-R services team. In this role, you will oversee complex mechanical and refrigeration projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will coordinate field crews and subcontractors, manage budgets and schedules, and drive compliance with company and industry standards. Partner with customers, engineers, and internal teams to design and implement efficient, reliable HVAC-R. This is a HVAC opportunity with CoolSys in Roosevelt Corner, Los Angeles County. Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning install and service. Technicians install units, charge refrigerant, and diagnose airflow and electrical faults in residential and commercial systems.
What you'll do
- Install and service HVAC units and ductwork
- Diagnose refrigerant, airflow, and electrical issues
- Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups
- Follow EPA refrigerant-handling rules
- Communicate repairs clearly to customers
