Duties and Responsibilities: The Senior Lead Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring that the physical aspects of the property meet the company’s established standards for safety, appearance, and operation within the budgeted financial goals Responsibilities include: Managing the inventory of “ready” apartments to support the community’s marketing and leasing efforts, scheduling contractors or assist in completing the run process, and inspection ready apartment for move-in qu. This is a maintenance and facilities opportunity with Nevada HAND in Spring Valley, Clark County. General maintenance and facilities upkeep. Handypeople handle repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting to keep buildings running smoothly.
