About this role

The Senior HVAC Technician is responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and installation of commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and mechanical systems at the assigned client sites. This position serves as a fully functioning technician capable of independently diagnosing and resolving most HVAC and refrigeration issues while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with client expectations and ABM standards. Shift : Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm Pay: $42 - $. This is a HVAC opportunity with ABM Industries in Derwood, Montgomery County. Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning install and service. Technicians install units, charge refrigerant, and diagnose airflow and electrical faults in residential and commercial systems.

  • Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups
  • Follow EPA refrigerant-handling rules
  • Communicate repairs clearly to customers
