About this role

\n ABM is seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Technician to oversee day-to-day field execution of commercial and industrial HVAC projects. This role is primarily field-based and responsible for supervising technicians and subcontractors, coordinating daily work activities, enforcing safety and quality standards, and ensuring projects are installed according to scope, schedule, and specifications. The Senior HVAC Technician is a working leader who provides direct oversight in the. This is a HVAC opportunity with ABM Industries in Charlotte, Mecklenburg County. Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning install and service. Technicians install units, charge refrigerant, and diagnose airflow and electrical faults in residential and commercial systems.
