Senior Estimator – Plumbing & Mechanical Construction Location: Lynbrook, NY Department: Alterations FLSA Status: Exempt Salary Range: Competitive base salary of $150,000–$200,000 , for highly qualified candidates. Leading providers of plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, and sustainable building services is seeking a Senior Estimator is responsible for leading the preparation of budgets, cost estimates, and pricing strategies for large-scale plumbing and mechanical. This is a plumbing opportunity with The Bachrach Group in Lynbrook, Nassau County. Plumbing installation and repair for water, drain, and gas systems. Involves running pipe, setting fixtures, and diagnosing leaks or blockages in homes and commercial buildings.

What you'll do

  • Install and repair pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
  • Diagnose leaks, clogs, and pressure issues
  • Cut, thread, and solder pipe
  • Read plans and follow plumbing code
  • Assist licensed plumbers on service calls
