As a technical leader within the Concrete service line, the Engineer 3 serves as a mentor to junior staff, supports QA/QC oversight, and drives continuous improvement in analytical methods, client deliverables, and internal processes. The position oversees multiple concurrent projects, interfaces directly with clients and contractors, and plays a key role in strengthening the service line’s strategic impact and technical reputation. What you'll do

  • Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
  • Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
  • Operate hand and power tools safely
  • Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
  • Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec
