About this role
Cox Automotive is seeking a Senior Auto Maintenance Technician to support our telecommunications and media-driven automotive operations. In this role, you’ll perform advanced diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles used across our brands. You’ll troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and keep detailed service records. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll mentor junior technicians, support. This is a electrical opportunity with Cox Automotive in Decatur, DeKalb County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.
What you'll do
- Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
- Assist licensed electricians as needed
