Company: Caliber Living Location: Troy,AL Community: Ivy Row Troy Job Type: Seasonal / Temporary (Up to 120 Days) Compensation: 10.00-12.00 Reports To: Community Manager Schedule: M-F with the ability to work up to 20-40 hours per week and on the weekends as required/needed, but not guaranteed, OR as outlined by the Property Manager. Caliber Living is hiring Seasonal Turn Workers to support apartment turnover during peak move-in periods and ensure a smooth transition and positive fi. This is a maintenance and facilities opportunity with Centricity in Troy, Pike County. General maintenance and facilities upkeep. Handypeople handle repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting to keep buildings running smoothly.
