Salary/Pay Rate: $80,000 - $100,000 per year plus Performance Based Bonus. Location: Cherry Hill, NJ. Job/Employment Type: Full Time on site. Project Scope: Professional Construction Management as the Owner's Representative. (K-12, Higher Ed, and institutional projects) Mandatory Licences & Certifications: Valid. This is a construction opportunity with The Contractor Consultants in Cherry Hill, Camden County. General construction and site work — building, remodeling, and preparing structures. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.

What you'll do

  • Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
  • Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
  • Operate hand and power tools safely
  • Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
  • Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec
