Roadway Flagger/Laborer Reports To: Superintendent / Foreman Position Summary The Roadway Flagger/Laborer is responsible for directing traffic safely through construction work zones while assisting crews with general labor duties on roadway, utility, and civil construction projects. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic using approved flagging procedures. Set up, maintain, and remove traffic control devices, including signs, co. This is a construction opportunity with Arreis Construction Group in Houston, Harris County. General construction and site work — building, remodeling, and preparing structures. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.

What you'll do

  • Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
  • Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
  • Operate hand and power tools safely
  • Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
  • Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec
