Mayroad is seeking a Residential Maintenance Technician to support privatized military housing communities. In this field-based role, you will complete work orders, perform preventive maintenance, and respond to emergency repairs across homes and common areas, ensuring safe, comfortable, and code-compliant residences for military families. You will diagnose and repair basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance issues while adhering to safety standards and military housing requir.
