About this role

Midland Management LLC is seeking a Residential Maintenance Technician to support apartment communities across the Chicago area. In this hands-on role, you will diagnose and complete work orders, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC troubleshooting, and appliance repair. You’ll perform unit turns, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs while ensuring safety and code compliance. Working closely with property managers and residents, you’ll provide responsive, courteous service. This is a electrical opportunity with Midland Management LLC in Gates, Monroe County. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.
