Position Description: Airoom Architects Builders & Remodelers, Chicagoland’s premier 67 year old design/build company, is growing and seeking an experienced residential construction superintendent for high end residential remodeling and room additions. Strong project management skills and significant customer relation experience a must. Skillsets Deep residential construction experience in high end remodeling and renovations and new builds and fluent in reading blueprints, construction details. This is a construction opportunity with Airoom Companies, LLC in Lincolnwood, Cook County. General construction and site work — building, remodeling, and preparing structures. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.

What you'll do

  • Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
  • Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
  • Operate hand and power tools safely
  • Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
  • Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec
