About this role

We’re looking for an experienced Residential Construction Project Manager to oversee the build-out of a single-family residential home located in Davis Island, Tampa, FL. This role involves managing schedules, subcontractors, inspections, and quality control throughout the project lifecycle, from shell to certificate of occupancy (CO). Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations Maintain project schedules ensuring milestones and deadlines are met Supervise subc. This is a construction opportunity with Distinct Homes in Tampa, Hillsborough County. General construction and site work — building, remodeling, and preparing structures. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.

What you'll do

  • Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
  • Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
  • Operate hand and power tools safely
  • Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
  • Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec
