Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dependable Repairs & Maintenance Technician with experience in roofing and carpentry to join our growing team. Responsibilities: Perform roofing repairs and maintenance (basic plumbing, landscaping basic electric) Complete carpentry work including framing, repairs, and general construction tasks. Diagnose maintenance issues and provide effective solutions. Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high st. This is a electrical opportunity with George Woodward Company in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.

What you'll do
