About this role

Property Maintenance Technician - Location: Camden, NJ - Shift: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm (37.5 hours per week) - Must complete pre-employment screenings prior to starting work (background check and drug screen) - Must be able to start working immediately The Property Maintenance Technician is responsible for completing maintenance repairs, performing preventative maintenance throughout the property, curb appeal projects and responsible for the turnover o. This is a events and setup opportunity with Synerfac Technical Staffing in Camden, Camden County. Event setup, teardown, and staging. Crews assemble stages, seating, and equipment, then break down and reset venues quickly between events.

  • Set up and tear down staging and seating
  • Move and stage equipment and furniture
  • Follow event layouts and timelines
  • Assist with load-in and load-out
  • Keep the venue clean and safe
