Hours: 8:00am4:30pm | Pay: $18$22/hr (based on experience) A clean background, valid drivers license, and reliable transportation are required, as travel between sites may be necessary. Prior maintenance experience is required for this role. The Property Maintenance Aide performs a variety of general and semi-skilled maintenance, cleaning, painting, and r. This is a painting opportunity with Mancan in Canton, Hartford County. Interior and exterior painting and surface prep. Painters prep, prime, and coat surfaces, protecting finishes and delivering clean lines for homes and commercial spaces.

- Prep surfaces — sand, patch, tape, and prime
- Apply paint, stain, and coatings evenly
