About this role

Project Manager for K-12 Construction Projects Manage all phases of ground-up K-12 construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost controls. Coordinate with Superintendents, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and school district representatives. Manage procurement, subcontractor buyout, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Ensure projects comply with local, state, and educational facility requir. This is a construction opportunity with Michael Page in Riverside, Colquitt County. General construction and site work — building, remodeling, and preparing structures. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.

What you'll do

  • Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
  • Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
  • Operate hand and power tools safely
  • Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
  • Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec
