PROJECT MANAGER - COMMERICIAL CONSTRUCTION (HVAC & PLUMBING) - UP TO $120K This is a Full Time Direct Hire position Position Summary The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and successfully executing commercial and industrial plumbing and HVAC mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role oversees project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, procurement, field operations, and client communications while en. This is a plumbing opportunity with PrideStaff in Akron, Summit County. Plumbing installation and repair for water, drain, and gas systems. Involves running pipe, setting fixtures, and diagnosing leaks or blockages in homes and commercial buildings.

What you'll do

  • Install and repair pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
  • Diagnose leaks, clogs, and pressure issues
  • Cut, thread, and solder pipe
  • Read plans and follow plumbing code
  • Assist licensed plumbers on service calls
