Job brief Seeking an experienced Capital Projects (Construction) Project Manager to plan, supervise, and oversee a large-scale, multi-dimensional construction project from start to finish. You will organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure timely and efficient completion. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals from different disciplines to achieve the. This is a construction opportunity with The Bolden Group in New Orleans, Orleans Parish. General construction and site work — building, remodeling, and preparing structures. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.
What you'll do
- Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
- Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec
