Project Executive- Water & Wastewater Treatment Plant Construction- 10-15 years of experience required. Location: Greater Philadelphia / Lehigh Valley, PA area Compensation: $130,000–$155,000, commensurate with experience Our client is a well-established, employee-owned heavy civil contractor specializing in water supply, wastewater treatment, and renewable energy infrastructure, with more than 85 years serving municipal and public works clients. The company hold. This is a construction opportunity with JCSI in Allentown, Apache County. General construction and site work — building, remodeling, and preparing structures. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.

What you'll do

  • Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
  • Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
  • Operate hand and power tools safely
  • Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
  • Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec
