Processing Forklift Operator/General Laborer
About this role
We are looking for candidates that are flexible to work afternoon/evening shifts in addition to being able to work overtime. Afternoon/Night shift: Monday – Saturday, 8 hour shifts with overtime up to 12 hours depending on chili pepper delivery schedule. Processing Forklift Operator/General Laborer will be part of the Processing Department. Duties may include, but are not limited to, moving drum pallets to conveyors, move ingredient pallets to staging areas, doin. This is a warehouse and logistics opportunity with Huy Fong Foods, Inc. in Irwindale, Los Angeles County. Warehouse, picking, packing, and material handling. Associates move inventory, fulfill orders, and keep the floor organized and safe, often operating forklifts or pallet jacks.
What you'll do
- Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately
- Load and unload trucks and pallets
- Operate forklifts or pallet jacks (if certified)
- Scan and track inventory
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized
