Our Maintenance Technicians Are you a handyman who is development, construction, and property company here: DAY IN THE LIFE involved with general home maintenance appliances, plumbing, minor HVAC issues, and which involves cleaning and painting. This is a plumbing opportunity with The Monument Companies in Norfolk, VA. Plumbing installation and repair for water, drain, and gas systems. Involves running pipe, setting fixtures, and diagnosing leaks or blockages in homes and commercial buildings.

What you'll do

  • Install and repair pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
  • Diagnose leaks, clogs, and pressure issues
  • Cut, thread, and solder pipe
  • Read plans and follow plumbing code
  • Assist licensed plumbers on service calls
