The Plumbing Supervisor’s primary responsibilities are managing daily operations and employee training and development. This position will be responsible for identifying training opportunities in cooperation with the Plumbing Leadership Team while designing and implementing training methods to achieve d. This is a plumbing opportunity with Parker & Sons in Tucson, Pima County. Plumbing installation and repair for water, drain, and gas systems. Involves running pipe, setting fixtures, and diagnosing leaks or blockages in homes and commercial buildings.
What you'll do
- Install and repair pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Diagnose leaks, clogs, and pressure issues
- Cut, thread, and solder pipe
- Read plans and follow plumbing code
- Assist licensed plumbers on service calls
