We're looking for a hands-on leader to oversee our busy 24/7 residential plumbing department. This isn't a desk job—you'll spend time coaching your team, solving problems, supporting customers, and helping grow one of the top plumbing operatio. This is a plumbing opportunity with Sila Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electric in Stoneham, Middlesex County. Plumbing installation and repair for water, drain, and gas systems. Involves running pipe, setting fixtures, and diagnosing leaks or blockages in homes and commercial buildings.
What you'll do
- Install and repair pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Diagnose leaks, clogs, and pressure issues
- Cut, thread, and solder pipe
- Read plans and follow plumbing code
- Assist licensed plumbers on service calls
