About this role
Service Champions is seeking a Plumbing Install Lead to oversee residential plumbing installations for remodeling and new equipment projects. In this field-based role, you’ll lead a small crew, plan and lay out jobs, perform hands-on installation of piping, fixtures, water heaters and related systems, and ensure code compliance, safety, and quality workmanship. You’ll interface with homeowners, explain work performed, provide options, and uphold our people-first, service-focused culture. The Pl. Involves running pipe, setting fixtures, and diagnosing leaks or blockages in homes and commercial buildings.
What you'll do
- Install and repair pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Diagnose leaks, clogs, and pressure issues
- Cut, thread, and solder pipe
- Read plans and follow plumbing code
- Assist licensed plumbers on service calls
