Plumbing/HVAC Project Manager in San Francisco Bay Area This is a permanent, full time position offering a competitive salary and benefits package. Responsibilities: Balance time between office and job site Manage projects from inception to close out, ensuring projects are completed safely, on-time, and under budget Coordinate with building owners, general contractor, sub-contractors, vendors, suppliers, superintendents, and internal Sr-leadership/Project Management team Manage schedules, budge. This is a plumbing opportunity with Gulfstream Strategic Placements in Union City, Alameda County. Plumbing installation and repair for water, drain, and gas systems. Involves running pipe, setting fixtures, and diagnosing leaks or blockages in homes and commercial buildings.
What you'll do
- Install and repair pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Diagnose leaks, clogs, and pressure issues
- Cut, thread, and solder pipe
- Read plans and follow plumbing code
- Assist licensed plumbers on service calls
