Position: Maintenance Technician / Plumber Maintenance Technician / Plumber – We are seeking a dependable, hard-working, and experienced Maintenance Technician / Plumber to join our property management team. This position is responsible for maintaining the plumbing systems throughout our apartment communities while also performing general maintenance to ensure our properties remain safe, attractive, and fully operational. The ideal candidate has strong residentia. This is a plumbing opportunity with JCM Living in Bloomfield, Essex County. Plumbing installation and repair for water, drain, and gas systems. Involves running pipe, setting fixtures, and diagnosing leaks or blockages in homes and commercial buildings.

What you'll do
