ABOUT THE ROLE The duties of a Foreman include, but are not limited to, the following: This position is responsible for managing and working with a team of up to 8 crew workers within their day to day responsibilities for the paving of asphal. This is a construction opportunity with Amrize in Johnstown, Jackson County. General construction and site work — building, remodeling, and preparing structures. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.

What you'll do

  • Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
  • Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
  • Operate hand and power tools safely
  • Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
  • Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec
