About this role
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform manual labor and production-related tasks in a manufacturing environment. Follow work assignments and instructions provided by the Plant Manager, Supervisor, or designated team lead. Learn and safely use basic hand tools, power tools, and production equipment. Assist skilled employees with production activities and material movement. Perform specialized tasks and duties that may require on-the-job training. Read, understand, and follow work instruct. This is a production and manufacturing opportunity with Point Blank Enterprises in Valle Hermoso, Hormigueros. Production, assembly, and machine operation on the factory floor. Operators run equipment, assemble products, and meet quality and output targets.
