About this role

To provide maintenance support to Group Homes, Day Program Service building and Support Office building. Provide preventative maintenance on assets and ensure that certain operational inspections / checklists are completed. Maintain the facilities within OAC and state and federal guidelines. Accountable for meeting and adhering to financial budgets, timely departmental reports, minimum Licensure K-Tag deficiencies and regular participation on Safety Committee. Oversee vehicle maintenanc. This is a painting opportunity with Open Arms Care Corporation in Woodstock, Shelby County. Interior and exterior painting and surface prep. Painters prep, prime, and coat surfaces, protecting finishes and delivering clean lines for homes and commercial spaces.
