Below are details for the position you'll receive: $17 per hour Seasonal// Part time role What are you motivated by?: The Maintenance Technician implements the upkeep and maintenance of the Sales Center and Welcome Center. What you're great at: Implements preventative maintenance programs such as A/C filters, fire extinguishers, and appliances Maintains daily upkeep, including but not limited to painting, plumbing. This is a plumbing opportunity with Capital Vacations in Myrtle Beach, Horry County. Plumbing installation and repair for water, drain, and gas systems. Involves running pipe, setting fixtures, and diagnosing leaks or blockages in homes and commercial buildings.

What you'll do

  • Install and repair pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
  • Diagnose leaks, clogs, and pressure issues
  • Cut, thread, and solder pipe
  • Read plans and follow plumbing code
  • Assist licensed plumbers on service calls
