House in Braintree, MA is currently seeking a Per-Diem Painter/Maintenance Assistant to join our team! We're a 126-bed skilled nursing maintenance duties, including painting, minor electrical repairs, plumbing, carpentry, and heating and ventilation systems maintenance. This is a electrical opportunity with John Scott House Rehab & Nursing Center in Quincy, MA. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.
What you'll do
- Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
- Assist licensed electricians as needed
