Help Keep Cole’s Flea Market Looking Its Best Cole’s Flea Market, Pearland’s premier shopping and entertainment destination, is looking for a dependable and experienced Painter/Maintenance Technician to join our Maintenance and Site Services team. This hands-on position is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys a variety of projects, and can work independently to help maintain a safe, welcoming, and well-kept property. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. What. This is a painting opportunity with United Flea Markets in Pearland, Brazoria County. Interior and exterior painting and surface prep. Painters prep, prime, and coat surfaces, protecting finishes and delivering clean lines for homes and commercial spaces.
What you'll do
- Prep surfaces — sand, patch, tape, and prime
- Apply paint, stain, and coatings evenly
- Protect floors, fixtures, and landscaping
- Mix and match colors to spec
- Clean up and maintain equipment
