This role focuses on preparing, priming, and painting units and common areas to enhance curb appeal and resident experience. Responsibilities include drywall repair, caulking, sanding, and finish work, while following safety and quality standards. You’ll collaborate with maintenance and construction teams in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and play a key. This is a painting opportunity with Lion Real Estate Group, LLC in Sandy Springs, Fulton County. Interior and exterior painting and surface prep. Painters prep, prime, and coat surfaces, protecting finishes and delivering clean lines for homes and commercial spaces.

- Prep surfaces — sand, patch, tape, and prime
- Apply paint, stain, and coatings evenly
- Protect floors, fixtures, and landscaping
- Mix and match colors to spec
- Clean up and maintain equipment
