About this role

We are looking for an experienced Interior Painter to join GSO Maintenance, Inc. This position focuses on painting residential rental properties and homes being prepared for new tenants or sale. Responsibilities: Prepare walls, ceilings, trim, doors, and other surfaces for painting Patch nail holes, repair minor drywall damage, sand, caulk, and prime as needed Apply paint using brushes, rollers, and sprayers when appropriate Protect flooring, fixtures, and furnit. This is a flooring and tile opportunity with Rent-A-Home of the Triad Inc in Greensboro, Guilford County. Flooring and tile installation — hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and tile. Installers prep subfloors, lay materials, and finish edges for a durable, level result.
